Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent family room for 5, which are difficult to come across.

1.Very friendly staffs 2. free parking area with monitoring camera. 3. good price.

Breakfast is not so good.a little far from the subway.

Hotel is not in the centre,but it has free parking though. It is a quiet place in Rome. Rooms are small,but comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and priced well. Also had free on-site parking which was a bonus. That said -- we should have picked a place more central for touring Rome to avoid taxis and/or mildly sociopathic driving and parking adventures.

A great hotel where we had a big room (actually 3 rooms) with AC etc. Close to Metro to Roma Center. Good Parking place, easy to access to the hotel if you travel by car. Close but still quite.

Very courteous and helpful staff, nice accommodations and facilities, easy access to historic sites in Rome, convenient travel outside Rome, and certainly the delicious breakfast. Rooms were available for our family of four adults at a reasonable rate, saving the expense of getting two rooms.

We weren't able to spend more time in Roma.

Poor breakfast Location is far from the center need to walk for 15 min from the metro station to the hotel.

I spent 4 days in Rome touring. Pinewood was inexpensive, clean, had a good breakfast and helpful staff. It took me 10-15 minutes to walk to Metro train station. I believe you can easily take a bus from a stop just outside the hotel to the Metro train, but the direct walk was easy enough for me.

Would have been perfect if wireless was included in price.

- Breakfast = 0 one kind of chees, one kind of meat - thats all !!!! no bread, no fruits, good only capuccino.Location = 0; metro was closed, we wating for a bus 1 hour, no one goes to the center, taxi was busy ...Internet not for free. At 8 A.m there was repairs and very noisy - we stay 2 nights. There is better to pay more, and take hotel in the center with 4*Breakfast. Dont take this hotel because of low price!!! It will cost much, much more.

Helpfulness of staff and cleanlkiness

Perfect for travellers to Rome by car. Close and easy to find from the motorway, good parking facilities, very nice and dedicated staff, close to the Metro station. Swift and easy transportation to all the sights by metro. The Vatican just a few stops away. Not too expensive if you prefer to take a taxi from the city.

The receptionist was professional, helpful, and spoke English well. When we checked in he gave us crucial information on buses and other public transportation in Rome (bus drivers were on strike). Rooms were clean and breakfast was ok by Italian standards. Plenty of parking space was available.

We stayed in a suite for 5 on ground level next to the elevator. The two rooms were pretty small (for us standards) and noisy due to the location. We asked for another comparable room and decided to stay in ours after realizing that the other available room was even smaller. Coffee was machine brewed only. We had to move our dates by one day and were charged 50% more for the stay. The hotel was fine overall but did not delight us enough to go back if we return to Rome.

Guarantee for the first night still blocked after a week and complete payment (this caqn be also the bank ). Room not quite at 4 stars standards, but still very clean, and excellent services.Overall satisfied with the stay.Would reccommend and stay there again.

On arrival we were given a map which the receptionist mapped out the bus going into the city and out and the best stops. Bus stop only a few minutes away Can`t fault this hotel . Breakfast was good and hotel bright and comfortable.
